How soon can you attend an electrical emergency?
Tell us your postcode and what has happened when you call. We will confirm availability and give you an arrival window for your address before you commit. The timing depends on the location and work already under way.
Will I know the emergency callout cost before you attend?
We explain the callout charge before attendance. The extent of the repair may need investigation, so any further work and price are agreed with you. An online estimate is provisional and does not book an emergency visit.
